Life happens — we get it. You can reschedule or skip a visit with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a $50 fee to cover the cleaner's held time. There are no long-term contracts — cancel recurring service anytime.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
We stand behind every clean. If something isn't right, call or text within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the area at no charge. Your satisfaction is what keeps us in business.
